Senior AI Engineer
Lead the development of our AI voice agent models. You'll architect and optimize the NLU pipelines that power VersaTalk and work closely with our product team to ship new capabilities.
Junior AI Implementation Specialist
Help new clients set up their first FAQ flows. You'll take client documentation and 'clean' the data so our AI can learn from it. This is the boots-on-the-ground work that makes onboarding happen.
Junior Full-Stack Developer (Frontend Focus)
Build the dashboards where clients see their AI's performance. Focus on making analytics look beautiful and easy to read. Every SaaS needs someone to craft great user interfaces.
Senior Product Manager
Own the product roadmap for VerSense Co-Pilot. You'll work with engineering, design, and customers to define what we build next and ensure we're solving real problems for contact centers.
Junior QA / Manual Tester (AI Edge Cases)
Call our voice agents and try to 'break' them by asking unusual questions or using different accents. Document where the AI fails. Humans are best at finding weird bugs.
Associate Product Manager (APM)
