GoZupees Fair Usage Policy

At GoZupees, we are committed to providing high-quality services to all of our customers. To ensure that we can continue offering a fair, reliable, and consistent experience, we have implemented this Fair Usage Policy. This policy applies to all GoZupees Plans and is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our services.

Each GoZupees plan includes a specified allowance of voice minutes and message segments. These allowances are subject to this Fair Usage Policy, which varies based on the Customer's Subscription Plan and geographical region.

1. General Terms Applicable to All Regions

1.1. Definitions

• "Message" refers to any communication sent or received through the GoZupees platform, including but not limited to SMS, WhatsApp messages, web chats, emails, and RCS messages.
• "Message Segment" is the unit of measurement for messages. The size of a segment varies by channel:
  • SMS: 160 characters.
  • WhatsApp: 1000 characters.
  • Web Chat: 1000 characters per message.
  • Email: 1000 characters, with each recipient counting as a separate message.
  • RCS: 1000 characters for text. Rich media attachments (images, videos) are billed separately based on file size.

1.2. Account-Level Calculation

The total allowance for voice minutes and message segments will be calculated at the account level, aggregating the allowances for all active users. For example, a Customer on a plan with a 5,000 message segment limit per user and 10 active users will have a total account limit of 50,000 message segments per billing month.

1.3. Pro-Rata Allowances

Any user added in the middle of a billing month will receive a pro-rata allowance of voice minutes and message segments for the remainder of that billing month.

1.4. Unused Allowances

Unused voice minutes and message segments shall expire at the end of each billing month and will not roll over to subsequent billing months.

1.5. Overage Charges

If a Customer exceeds their monthly allowance, charges for additional voice minutes and message segments will be deducted from the credits in their GoZupees account at our standard rates. Please contact our support team at help@gozupees.com for more information on current rates.

1.6. Prohibited Uses

Unlimited voice and messaging plans are not intended for scaled telephone uses, including but not limited to call centers, telemarketing, or trunking/forwarding to multi-line systems. GoZupees reserves the right to place limits on or terminate service for any account found to be in violation of this policy.

1.7. Policy Amendments

GoZupees reserves the right to amend any term of this Fair Usage Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

2. Regional Plan Limits

The following limits apply based on the geographical routing of your services.

2.1. United Kingdom

For services routed through the UK, the following limits apply per user, per billing month, unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form:

*Unlimited inbound and outbound voice minutes are subject to the prohibited use clauses in Section 1.6. Inbound calling is available for all countries except those with call rates greater than £0.02/minute.

2.2. Australia

For services routed through Australia, the following limits apply per user, per billing month, unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form:

*Unlimited inbound and outbound voice minutes are subject to the prohibited use clauses in Section 1.6. Inbound calling is available for all countries except those with call rates greater than AUD 0.03/minute.

2.3. United States & Canada

For services routed through the United States or Canada, the following limits apply per user, per billing month, unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form:

*Unlimited inbound and outbound voice minutes are subject to the prohibited use clauses in Section 1.6. Inbound calling is available for all countries except those with call rates greater than USD 0.02/minute.

3. Billing Details

3.1. Voice Minute Billing

Inbound and outbound voice minutes are charged on a per-minute basis. Calls with a duration of less than one minute will be billed for a minimum of one (1) minute. For calls exceeding one minute, any partial minutes used will be rounded up to the nearest full minute for billing purposes.

3.2. Message Segment Billing

Messages are charged on a per-segment basis. The segment size varies by channel as defined in Section 1.1. Any message exceeding a single segment will be rounded up to the nearest whole segment for billing purposes.

3.3. Excluded Services

The message segment limits under this Fair Usage Policy apply to one-on-one, conversational messaging only. The following types of messaging are not included in the plan allowances and will be charged at standard rates:

• Bulk SMS or MMS campaigns
• Messages sent via workflow automation
• Messages sent via bots or automated systems
• Broadcast or marketing messages

Charges for these excluded services will be deducted from the credits in the Customer's GoZupees account.

4. Enforcement

GoZupees reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate a Customer's access to the Service in the event the Customer is found in violation of this Fair Usage Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Exceeding usage limits in a manner that suggests abuse or commercial resale.
• Using unlimited services for prohibited uses as defined in Section 1.6.
• Any activity that negatively impacts the quality of service for other customers.
